So many kiggers wearing the same style latex wear~

Postby Wyu » Wed Jun 10, 2009 3:11 am

Been seeing this costume for a while now...
Noticed that the number of Japanese kiggers wearing this costume is on the ever increase:

Don't mind the kinky-ness

Is it a really popular design?
I'm guessing the same costume might have been passed around.

What do you think of the costume?
I'm very tempted to try it on too lol >_<;
Perhaps I should make some plans for a different design~ hehe
What do you think of latex costumes?

Most of it is not latex, but PVC i believe...and a lot of them get those outfits from ParaPara (para2.com). At least, that's what one performer told me when I asked a while back.

Yep, I've seen a good number of kigs wearing this little outfit lately as well. Quite intriguing.

Yep, just as Kimei said, that's exactly where it's from.

Just to add, from what I'm getting from the site, the outfit costs around 12000 Yen, and it can't be purchased outside of Japan.

I've been seeing photos such as these ones of kigurumi wearing PVC suits for a while now, and you can tell that there is some kind of fetish going on. At the same though it is interesting to see that such an outfit is becoming quite popular among the Japanese kigurumi. The website Kimei mentioned is one that I have looked at once and many Japanese kig sites do reference it as the place where they get their suits from, yet it's a shame that they don't do international orders for I have this small inkling to get me one as well.

OOOh...Its not latex?
Yeah I saw the link to their online store before. The prices are so expensive, I think I won't get from them.
But you said its Just PVC?
Ah, its easy then, PVC is alot cheaper than Latex and I have favourite Tailors which makes my PVC wears.

I think the costume is a combination of PVC and Latex.
PVC is very very easily creased when you bend a limb, at the least, there would be creases formed around the back of the knee or the front of th elbow. Actually some of the pictures has creases in them... could be more than one type of suit.

Yay... inspiration hehe.
It would be fun in that I reckon....hehe plot plot :D

I have ordered from stores in Japan that don't ship outside of the Japan. I can tell you it's expensive. I get charged about 6% of transaction fee. International repacking and shipping is about $50. So the strategy is to order about $1000 worth of costumes each time. Of course with cost of costumes there, it's pretty easy to get to that. XD Believe me, 12000 is really inexpensive.

What I have done before is to get a few people's order and merge it all into one shipping order to the US.

Personally, I almost find it annoying XD
I prefer cute poofy dresses and colorful outfits, tight shiny black stuff is sort of dull and blah DX and also just reminds me of the western notion of sexy which isn't something I enjoy.

But! People are free to do what they want so more power to them! More "萌え" clothes instead of tight stuff would be nicer though~
